Before a beer becomes a brew pack, we first check the hard measurable data to objectively determine its quality. This ranges from simple PH and gravity analysis to more sophisticated Bitterness (IBU), Color (SRM), clarity and microbiological analysis.
Then we check the taste of the beer. Our in-house brewing team daily monitors the taste during fermentation. When they think it's good enough, we invite an independent taste panel to give their opinions. Every beer is brewed in threefold with some minor changes. The best of three is then brought to production, or is rebrewed with the recommendations of the taste panel.
